Landry discovers that metal can be fun.
Here is the whole process of introducing the touchables. I began by C/T each new thing that he touched, but he wasn't as interested in the treats as he was in exploring on his own. During this session, though, when I used the HV treat, he began to learn to "trade" - an important concept. He released the paint roller for a treat and he released the plastic measuring cup for a treat.
"Thank you" is the cue.
All we want in TARGET: Level 2 is for Landry's to be willing to touch anything you present. Touch. Nothing more. As they say, "The more, the merrier"!!!
