CRATE: L2 from a distance

Landry does CRATE: Level 2: BMO in a different "crate"

And yet a different crate in a different location (BMO). This is Landry's "traveling crate". He rides in Dale's truck in this smaller crate.

Since we're working on increasing Duration on the other L2 behaviors, we will work at extending Landry's "open door" crate as well. Self-control. Zen in everything.
